Who we are
Project Oasis Tallahassee is a community-driven initiative created to explore bold, fun, and meaningful recreation opportunities for our city. We believe Tallahassee is full of families, students, and residents who deserve more local spaces to relax, connect, and make memories without having to travel far from home.
Our goal isn’t just to build a place — it’s to build a shared experience that reflects the needs, interests, and personality of the people who live here. That’s why we’re starting with listening, research, and collaboration rather than rushing into development.
We’re engaging with residents, schools, community organizations, and local leaders to understand what Tallahassee wants more of — and how we can create something that supports families, boosts local pride, and contributes to a stronger regional economy.
This project is in its early stages, but the vision is clear:
we want to create a space that feels exciting, welcoming, and uniquely “Tallahassee.”
